New Inventory Compilation - The Clerk visits the property prior to day of tenant check-in to record in accurate comprehensive detail the condition of the property contents, fixtures and fittings, internally and externally in order to prepare the inventory compilation with multiple colour photographs included.

 

Tenant Check-in - The same Clerk attends with the tenants on move in day going through the entire master inventory compilation, agreeing and signing to its contents with meter readings taken and hand over keys. A report will be produced on the overall condition of the property on that day.

 

Mid term inspections - For medium - long term tenancies, the same Clerk will carry out an inspection with the peace of mind that early warning of any mistreatment or problems of the property can be reported to the agent/landlord.

 

Tenant Check-out - The same Clerk carries out a full inspection of the property after the tenants have vacated at the end of tenancy listing all changes, the check-out is carried out against the master check-in inventory compilation with meter readings taken. A report will be produced on the overall condition of the the property on that day with multiple colour photographs included.
